Kalaaghi Return & Exchange Policy (Pakistan)

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
    - Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
    - Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.2
    - Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. Exchange Process

- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

- If the desired item is out of stock, you may opt for store credit or a refund.

- Customers may be responsible for delivery charges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.


5. Refund Policy


- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 business days after approval.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Return Shipping


- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
