- Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
2. Product Information
- Kalaaghi specializes in women’s clothing, including ready-to-wear and/or made-to-order items.
- We strive to display product colors, fabric, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography.
- Minor variations in stitching, embellishments, or prints are not considered defects.
3. Sizing & Fit
- Customers are advised to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.
- Kalaaghi is not responsible for size issues if the selected size matches the provided measurements.
- Slight measurement differences (1–2 inches) may occur due to manual stitching.
4. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed after verification (via call or message if required).
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, or advance payment for customized orders.
5. Customized & Made-to-Order Items
- Customized or stitched orders require advance payment.
- Once confirmed, such orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 working days for ready-to-wear and 7–14 working days for stitched/custom orders.
- Delays may occur due to courier services, weather, or public holidays.
- Kalaaghi is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier companies.
7. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only as per our Return Policy.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags.
- Exchanges for size are subject to availability.
- No returns on sale or customized items unless defective.
8. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Kalaaghi.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9. User Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping details.
- Kalaaghi is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Kalaaghi shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use or delays in delivery.
